BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
- Please submit your booking enquiry by filling up this form.
- A 50% deposit via PayNow to UEN 201429101G is payable upon booking. Please send a screenshot of payment to us as verification of payment to confirm your booking.
- We regret that we are unable to take cash payments for home spa services.
- The remainder payment must be made immediately upon completion of services, before your nail technician leaves your home. A screenshot of payment must be shown to your nail technician as verification of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of $120 per location.
What do I need to prepare?
SEATS - You will need to prepare a comfortable spot for you to sit back and enjoy our services, as well as a low stool (for pedicures) or chair (for manicures) for our nail technician.
WATER - We will require access to a water point to fill up the manicure bowls or portable foot spa, as well as a sink to drain the water and wash our equipment after the treatment.
POWER - If you have opted for gel polish, we would require access to a power point.
LIGHT - Please choose an area with sufficient lighting, or prepare a standing spotlight/lamp.
Our nail technicians will bring all the other necessary tools for your chosen service, including towels.
What areas do you service?
We service island-wide at this time, and transport fees will depend on your location.
Please refer to our transport fee zones below for more information.
Can I add on services on the spot?
Our nail technician will have to call our booking hotline to check her availability and time of next appointment before confirming.
If her time slot allows, she will be able to add on the additional service(s).
What are your operational hours?
Our mobile manicure services are available 7 days a week, subject to availability.
Our first appointment is at 10am and last appointment at 7pm, and must end by 9pm.
Appointments that end after 9pm will incur a $40 surcharge, and appointments that end after 12am will incur a $80 surcharge.
Am I able to redeem my package?
Packages are only valid for services rendered in the salon.
However, existing package holders are entitled to a 10% discount off all home spa service prices.
The discount is valid on base service prices only, not on add-on services.
Do you offer services for men?
Services for men are only offered in the salon, and is not available for house calls.
Do you offer complimentary gel polish soak off/removal for returning gel customers?
Yes, we do! However, the soak off price will not count towards the minimum spend of $120.
