As part of our enhanced safety & hygiene measures during this COVID-19 pandemic, customers who prefer not to share certain tools have the option to purchase a personal tool kit from us at S$6.
This kit will consist of a brand new nail file, buffer and toe separator.

Chinese New Year - 14th January to 31st January 2022
Please arrive early for your appointment as late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other customers fairly. If you are running late, please inform us via phone call or whatsapp.
Please be reminded that we will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes past your scheduled time of arrival, after which your appointment will be cancelled.
We will do our best to always begin your session at its scheduled time but delays are not unusual and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Your appointment time is set exclusively for you so we ask that if necessary, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly keep in mind that "no shows" or last minute cancellations are a huge inconvenience to both The Nail Social and waitlisted customers.
The Nail Social reserves the right to reject or impose additional conditions on advance bookings for clients who have a history of last minute cancellations or no shows.

GIFT CARD POLICY
The value of our Gift Card is in Singapore currency.
Gift Cards are valid and redeemable at both our Bugis and Chinatown outlets for nail services and products only.
Gift Cards are not valid for use for packages or party bookings, during external pop-up events or at The Social Space.
Gift Cards are strictly not valid for use during festive block-out dates. Please click here for any upcoming block-out dates.
Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, and no change will be given for purchases below the Gift Card value. The Gift Card balance cannot be redeemed against the purchase of another card.
If your Gift Card is lost or damaged, please contact us with the full name, mobile number and e-mail address of the purchaser and recipient, as well as the date of purchase. If the information matches our records, we will be happy to send you a replacement Gift Card via e-mail. Please understand that this service is done out of goodwill only, and if the information provided does not match our records, The Nail Social reserves the right not to provide a replacement.
Out of goodwill, The Nail Social will accept the Gift Card up to one (1) month past the expiry date as stated on the card. No further extension of expiry date will be entertained.
The Nail Social reserved all rights to amend or withdraw participating outlets without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Nail Social management is final.
